General Provisions

Welcome to the f777 platform. This document sets out the terms and conditions of the agreement between f777 ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("user", "player").

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Registration Terms

• Each person may hold only one account.

3.2 Multiple Account Prohibition

Each person may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this prohibition is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

f777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Evidence of bonus abuse.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Provision of false information.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time. In such cases, the remaining balance (excluding unwagered bonuses) will be returned.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure that all bonus wagering requirements on your account have been met. Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 10–45 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if the identity verification process is incomplete.

The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method. f777 reserves the right to hold withdrawals where information has not been verified.

4.3 Currency

f777 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Funds deposited in foreign currency may be converted, however f777 is not responsible for any loss arising from differences in the conversion rate.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

f777 offers various bonuses and promotions for its players. The following conditions must be followed to take advantage of these offers.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility Conditions

To claim a bonus, you must meet the following conditions:

• Your account must be active and fully verified at the time of the bonus request.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Bonuses are for personal use only — they may not be used for the benefit of a third party.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The bonus amount must meet the specified wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposited amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in wagers must be completed before withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

f777 takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting the bonus system — such as attempting to meet requirements through low-risk bets or claiming bonuses via multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonuses and winnings.

5.4 VIP Program

f777's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The maximum weekly cashback for each tier is 0.3%, 0.7%, and 1.0% respectively. Players can advance to higher tiers by staying regularly active.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

f777 guarantees fair play in all games. All games on the platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which makes every result completely random and unbiased.

6.2 Bet Limits

A maximum bet limit applies to each game while a bonus is active. If this limit is exceeded, the bonus and related winnings may be forfeited.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical problem or error causes an abnormal result to be displayed in a game, that round will be considered void. In such cases, the wagered amount will be refunded. f777 is not obligated to honour claims arising from technical errors.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Bets can be placed on any sport in the sports betting section. Bet settlement will follow the designated rules. If an event is postponed or cancelled, the wagered amount will be refunded. Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f777 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in the account being closed and the relevant authorities may be notified:

• Participation in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Fraud, deception, or software manipulation.
• Playing with the aid of robots, bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Fixing game results or colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or threatening f777 staff.
• Operating an account under a false identity or another person's identity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Collecting or using the personal information of other users.
